The original bistros were tiny
hole-in-the-wall locales, serving traditional French plates and wine in a friendly environment.
We combine traditional preparations with local ingredients for dishes that are authentic to both their French origins and New York setting.
Natural wine is the result of a philosophical choice to find the natural expression of the terroir.
